A former Metairie security guard pleaded guilty Friday to 42 counts of video voyeurism after admitting he hid video cameras in ladies' restrooms at his building. Judge Donald Rowan Jr. sentenced Frank Denmam Hill Jr., 45, to two years in prison, according to court records. Hill, of Metairie, will also have to register as a sex offender, said his attorney, Elizabeth Carpenter. "Mr. Hill is not a dangerous man by any means," she said.
